Incline Bench Press and Ball push-up (3 sets of 8-12 reps with 75% intensity) Make sure to keep shoulders back and core tight. 2. Incline Dumbbell press (3 sets of 8-12 reps with 75% intensity) 3. Unilateral incline cable fly (3 sets of 8-12 reps - each side with 75% intensity).
