A. Back gently against the curved post for support - be sure to engage the abs to support the the legs.
B. Most challenging with hands behind head as this creates the heaviest leaver.
C. Reach arms out in front while maintaining width through the collar bone.
D. Gently hold onto the bar in front for added support as you strengthen you abs for an unsupported sequence.
