This week I have started my mor kings with one slice of sprouted ezekial bread, due to poor planning I got the sprouted bagel from starbucks, they are 9 carbs difference per slice, the other half of the bagel will be for tomorrow.
For lunch I went to the local burrito place and got steak with stirfried veggies, pickled onions, and avocado.
I will need to adjust my carbs when I get home, but this is what happens when you fail to meal prep on your days off then work a 16 hour shift.
