I recently created a goals list for my clients. I’m a big believer in walking the walk; experiencing first whatever you expect from your clients. It’s almost never easy, but you almost always feel a sense of accomplishment. My goal was to not miss a single session for the next 3 months, starting June 11. That would normally be an easy goal for me, but then life happened. So, here I am, completing a heavily modified upper body session with ancient equipment, and a max of 40lb dumbbells, in a 200 sq ft fitness center that some genius built next to a sauna 😂. Do what you gotta do, I tell you what!!
