Happy Tuesday everyone!!! Today is officially the second day of my new program and boy am I feeling yesterday's Plyo workout! You know you worked hard when you feel like you're walking funny the next day because your legs and booty are so sore😂
Since today is Tuesday though I wanted to share a transformation with you guys that goes deeper than just a physical one.
I would be lying to you guys if I said the last few weeks haven't been hard and that I hadn't lost my motivation. With everything going on I put myself and my health on the back burner because I was so depressed and honestly didn't know what to do with myself. I started eating out all the time and was once again was feeling sick ALL the time. I was turning back into my old self who I hated and started to hate the person who I saw in the mirror. It took a major breaking point, but I had finally had enough... Almost 2 years ago I went to a Tony Robbins seminar which completely changed my life and one of my biggest take always from that is you have the ability to change your mindset within a matter of seconds. You can either choose to be down and nope around due to your circumstances or you can choose to learn and grow from them and use them as strength for a comeback. That's when I decide to do the second option ❤️ Like I've said before, you are the one in charge of your life. If you don't like something change it because no one else is going to do it for you. On Sunday I decided to do just that and I meal prepped for the first time in months! Christmas is right around the corner and I don't know about you, but I want to feel confident AF in my Christmas pictures😉 So here's to working towards my best self, and just know this... if I can do it, you can too💕
