It's about to go down.....lol! As I was sitting at my computer reading over some things, I looked down and noticed that I have a belly that needs to go like yesterday. Lol! Sorry ya'll but I am so serious. So with that being said, I combined some herbs based off there medicinal benefits to aid this process.
The fat in the stomach area causes a lot of problems. I dug a little deeper and learned that this fat is called Visceral fat and it has been linked to metabolic disturbances and increased risk of cardiovascular dis-ease and type 2 diabetes. In women it is also associated with breast cancer and the need for gallbladder surgery.
Although I am going to consume these herbs, I will also be exercising to tone and watching what I eat. It all works together for the good!
I prepared this "get rid of belly herbal blend" by toasting flaxseeds, fennel seeds and licorice root. I then added dandelion root, ginger powder and cayenne pepper. I put it in my ninja to blend to powder form. I will be consuming about 1 teaspoon of this with warm water about 1 hour before bed. I will definitely update you'll on my progress.
