Because despite what many fat loss marketers want you to believe, there's no such thing as a food that literally burns fat off your body (wouldn’t that be nice 😏). Nope. Only being in calorie deficit can do that. # But that's not to say there aren't foods that make sustaining that calorie deficit a little easier. # Ever tried to diet on nothing but dry chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and lifeless salads, only to give up before you saw any real results because you couldn’t stand feeling so hungry and deprived? # The truth is, dieting doesn’t have to be completely miserable. Yeah you will have to tough out *some* hunger and you might not be able to eat your favorite foods to your heart’s content but you can still eat delicious food that fills you up and leaves you feeling satisfied. # Building your fat loss diet around these 6 types of foods will allow you to reach your fat loss goals more effortlessly and enjoyably. # 1️⃣ Eating protein with every meal helps you feel full and stay full for longer. 2️⃣ Fiber is the ultimate hunger fighting nutrients, so load up on the fruits and veg 3️⃣ Foods high in water will provide fewer overall calories but lots of nutrition to keep you hydrated and energized. 4️⃣ High volume foods allow you to eat a large amount for few calories. Follow up to my previous video; this is what 200g of Spaghetti and 200g of lean mince in a Bolognese sauce looks like from a quantity perspective. This meal has its purpose for certain sports people or even just because it is delicious. However, if you are already overweight, have too much fat and are trying to lose it this type of meal (ie the quantity) is unlikely to help you achieve your goals. The meal has 1100 Cals (energy). Varias personas se emocionan, y TENEMOS QUE RECORDAR QUE LA MANTEQUÍLLA DE MANÍ es grasa buena, pero es grasa lo cual es calórico siempre, así que tenemos que estar pilas con las porciones, porque es calórica. . . En el mercado hay muchas marcas, y cada vez hay más, pero realmene ¿Qué tenemos que buscar o evitar? . . 🥜Ingredientes: las mejoras son las que tienen uno o 2 ingredientes, Y QUe sean naturales, y siempre la nuez de primero Ej: maní tostado, sal. . 🥜Aceites: evitar a toda costa aceites hidrogenados (trans fat), es malísimo para el cuerpo es el responsable de muchos desordenes como la obesidad, ligado a diabetes, enfermedades cardiovasculares, perfil lípidico alterado, entre otras. . Lo ideal es que no tenga aceite, porque no necesita. El maní natural suelta su aceite natural (por eso las naturales podemos ver el aceite arriba de la crema) cuando le colocan aceites lo hacen para mejorar consistencia o economizar el producto. Si tienes que elegir es mejor que tenga opciones como aceite de coco, o aceite de maní, no otro tipos de aceite como el de palma, girasol, etc. . 🥜Reduced fat: JAMÁS! "It's not the size of the deficit in the man, it's the size of the man in the deficit" -Beethoven • For real tho, this is a fantastic example of why it's so crucial to diet as slowly and on as many calories as possible for optimal results 🙌🏼 • I've done the extreme calorie restriction thing: and it DOES work... • But only for a week or two at best (usually much less). • Your body responds to continuous forced adaptation, not a single sudden change. • So, when you suddenly start eating way fewer calories than usual, your body won't match that by suddenly shedding off a ton of fat 😣❌ • Rather, it will temporarily lose some fat, and soon adapt to this new intake, meaning that you'd need to consume fewer calories than that to continue losing fat (AKA starve 😑). • Your best bet is a slow, steady decrease in intake. Several smaller, more spaced out drops will result in more prolonged, sustainable fat loss, and you'll essentially squeeze as much progress out of your transformation as possible. • Fast results don't last, and are no fun.
