I must say that growing up for me was not quite the easiest thing, however, I still had my fair share of pleasant memories. One of which is the undeniable fondness my young self had for sundaes. And no, I'm not talking about the huge, gorgeous sundaes one would find at a local artisan ice cream joint. I'm talking about convenience store ice cream sundaes that came in a tiny cup with an even tinier wooden spoon. I always looked forward to getting one because even if everyone around me was giving me a hard time, at least I could enjoy my cute little treat. This brass necklace of a miniature spoon references the shape of those disposable ones, and serves as a reminder to be appreciative of all of life's little gifts, even when things get tough and absolutely exhausting.
