All truly great thoughts are made walking ~ I do miss walking carefree, without a baby in tow or a dog running around, having to be aware of other people he may run after and jump up. It was my โfree timeโ, time to be mindful. Although now, i am finding it (almost) just as beneficial. Iโve been walking every week for 3 weeks now and I can say Iโm seeing some improvement in my body aches. And to be honest, my mind. It feels a little bit freer. A little bit happier. And Iโm even happier to have some gorgeous, scenic snaps to look back on. Walking is definitely my best medicine.
