Crispy Fried Onions
2 table spoons of olive oil
Any white cheese
Lightly crush up the crispy fried onions. Press the chicken tenders into the crushed fried onions. On medium heat cook the chicken tenders in the olive oil for approx 8 to 10 minutes. Cut the cheese into pieces that will fit on top of the chicken reduce heat to low & cover for 3 min until the cheese melts.
Cut rolls, apply mayo, add some spinach , tomato and place chicken on roll & Serve .
