'Why do I live where the air hurts my face?!'
This inquisitive female dingo checked me and the ute out for a good 5 mins. Coming quite close to the front door. Note the wound heaking on her chest, most likely the result of a pig hunt gone wrong. As our largest terrestrial predator, these occasionnaly knock off a feral pig, contributing to a higher mortality rate in pigs, especially in hard times. I've seen pigs cross the road before, followed closely and patiently by a dingo, slowly wearing the pig down.
