Happy Friday!! My foot is á¶ á´µá´ºá´¬á´¸á´¸áµ starting to feel better after a week off running, minimal walking and avoiding activities that put pressure on it. I have a feeling this weekends workouts are going to be LIT. ** it actually took my sister chatting with me on facetime all day to keep me from working out ð #fitnessaddict
Made the most amazing cauliflower soup on Monday that I am still working on finishing! Soups are one of my go toâs when its rainy and cold out. Perfect comfort food â¨ á¶á´¬áµá´¸á´µá¶ á´¸á´¼áµá´±á´¿ Ë¢á´¼áµá´¾:: 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 head cauliflower
1 onion diced
4 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt to taste
Heat olive oil in pot. Add onion and garlic & cook until softened. Add cut up cauli and veg broth. Cover and simmer for 15-20, or until cauli is soft. Poor all contents into blender, add salt and nutritional yeast ðªðª enjoy!
