dinner ๐ a slimming world chicken tikka masala ready meal (1) with rice and an unpictured slice of crustless bread (2). i also had 4 heck chicken italia sausages before this as a snack so i think this brings my total for the day up to about 10.5?? im not sure
A late meal tonight that was absolutely worth it! I tasted this dish on Monday at the #stsaviours#womanoftheyear final, the room was overcome by the smell of the spices and in 9 years #foodoptimising I've not tasted it until Monday night. It's #chicken shawarma, containing no syns and packed with flavour. I didn't use all the #speedfreefood listed in the recipe as my partner doesn't like it all but that's the beauty of food optimising the #extraeasy way I used what we both enjoy and then added some side salad for more speed once served. We both have spicy tastes so next time I make it I will play round more with spices to make it even hotter #tasty#yummy#saturdaynight#hopefarmandstsavioursslimmingworld
