How do you start your day? I fuel myself and my kids by adding in as many nutrients as possible and therefore giving them the best start I can. The kids usually have weetbix sprinkled with goji berries and bee pollen, a piece of fruit, vegemite on toast and fruit and veg soft chews. Most days I have the obligatory caffeine fix with a coffee first up, a smoothie loaded with lots of goodness, nutrients from 26 different fruits, veggies & berries and a @greenteax50 later in the morning.
