Regularly doing HIIT, keeping my sugar intake low(ish), and I'm seeing some fat loss in my arms. People carry fat in different places. Mine just happens to be in my arms and back. Maybe my ancestors didn't have sleeves and needed the extra fat to protect from the cold. Who knows, who cares. I'm replacing the fat bulk with muscle bulk. It's a slow process, but with the right kind of cardio, the increase in protein intake I've been doing, and all those deals with the devil that should be going through soon any day now, I will have toned arms.
