๐WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 10/10/2017 Becoming your BEST self, overcoming adversity and living your dream life is no accident. It involves hard MENTAL work, acceptance, forgiveness, sacrifice, studying, and a dogged determination to want to better yourself. Itโs a tough invisible journey.
It took me over 20yrs to create a STRONG HEALTHY MIND. The raging anger, insecurities, pain, triggers, scars, loneliness, paralytic fears, negative thinking, low self worth, sadness are all (predominantly) gone. Some triggers are still there but not as powerful ie I have to eat warm food, it cannot be cold! as this association to my abuse still lives on. (Donโt give me cold food in a restaurant, my golly! Itโs going right back! ๐).
I truly believe that anyone can change their MENTAL MINDSET and reinvent themselves AND change their personality. Albeit Iโm very aware other peopleโs situations may be more of a โtweakโ rather than a full rebuild! ๐ฌ
GO FOR IT!
So for those of you who have stress, anxiety, just downright waves of unhappiness, I implore you to do the MENTAL work and GROW to become your BEST SELF! Start living your DREAM LIFE filled with meaning, happiness, confidence, inner peace and love!
