I had a lazy morning and it took me forever to get to my workout.
Some days it happens and it's OK.
I was struggling - my body is feeling it.
I couldn't and didn't increase my weights but really squeezed to feel the burn to bulk my shoulders!
Lateral raises, Arnold presses, straight bar upright rows, alternating front raises, plate twists, reverse flys, Superman stretches and plank twists to work them boulders - I used 10s up to 20s and that's good for me, especially when there was a time I needed to pull out my 3s and 5s to get through it!! π
And I may not be able to have my THC right now, but I can always stay reppin' for @mjfitnut ππ₯ I'm adjusting; I'm not having much problems sleeping an eating but I can definitely tell the difference!!
