Morning, sunny people!!!🌝🌞☀️ I'm in Oradea, at Nymphea Aqua Park with a new challenge.
As you know, sun ☀️ is good for getting the vitamin D, swimming 🏊♂️ helps me keep in shape and relax, I've got my books 📚 to study hard 😉, but I still have to eat during the day.
Yesterday I've studied the meniu: meat, meat and meat recipes, fried vegetables (people still don't understand where is the problem, as vegetables are vegan, right?!!!), rice is for vegans (right?!!), potatos are for vegans, right?!!!😓😪 There are some basic truths I need to accept:
1. Nobody stops me from eating meat, I fully agree with meat consumption, there is no religious conviction that stops me from eating meat; it's just a personal choice based on my body reaction to an one full animal products free month.😇 2. Eating meet will not make me fat, on the contrary, as it helps me build muscle, but the same does any kind of beans, shrimp, tuna, salmon, chickpeas, quinoa and other super foods.🥑🥒🌰 3. I can make my family's life simpler eating meat during this short vacation, but, than, there will be no more challenge, right?!!😂😂😂 4. I've already discovered yesterday evening a restaurant where I had: shrimp salad (lettuce, carrot, celery, orange and grilled shrimp). 🦐🥕🌿. Let's see what other dishes I discover today for lunch and dinner. 😁
