Happy Friday 💃🏼 please ignore the giant mound of active wear to my right, yes it’s excessive but no I’m not doing anything about it 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 . Just a little reminder that if you really want something then sometimes you’ve gotta put in the work and make sacrifices🤙🏼 . in my case that’s waking up at 4am most days, giving up my weekends and basically feeling like I’m a part of team no days off but It’s always worth it when a class I’ve planned goes well, when someone says they’ve enjoyed their PT session, or client starts seeing results 🙏🏼 . I’ve had to pan ahead to make sure I’m staying consistent with my own diet, getting in my gym sessions AND helping other people. Non sono stata sempre così è sicuramente avevo 10kg in più o cmq una composizione molto diversa.. Non ho passato dei bei periodi, rapporto cibo e bilancia, no buono, mi pesavo anche tre volte al giorno e saltavo le cene ... tutto sbagliato ovvio perché non mi ha mai portato a nulla se non a non piacermi sempre più, ecco perché forse ad oggi odio pensarmi spesso, forse e dico forse lo faccio 2/3 volte al mese e il mio riscontro è lo specchio ... Oggi sono questa una a cui piace farsi il mazzo per ottenere ciò che vuole, che non da importanza a ciò che la gente possa pensare perché cmq avranno sempre da criticare, una che cerca di vedere sempre positivo che dedica la sua energia a ciò che ama, il lavoro la passione per la palestra e ne va da sé la cucina.. E tutto ciò non esclude amori, amicizie e famiglia perché se chi ti sta attorno ti vuol bene veramente non giudica, ama te e ciò che sei e fai 😍😍😍 In questo mio percorso devo ringraziare in primis me stessa, perché bisogna volerlo e poi @enricodellolio e @gianlucageink i che mi hanno indicato la retta via dandomi le giuste chiavi 😉😉😉❤ . Work-> Pre-workout snack (chia seeds and water porridge topped with coconut yogurt and half a mini banana, picture 2) -> workout (#pwr week 1 back and shoulders, pictures 1 and 3) -> after workout pick me up snack (zucchini icecream with protein powder, almond butter and cocoa nibs). Sleep. Repeat 💪🏼 I am at a point where I know what to do in the gym, but #pwrprogram still provides me a nice structure, tempo and motivation. I am having some issues hitting my macros (every night I am a bunch of fats and proteins and sometime even carbs short), and a post-dinner snack like this one help me get in some extra healthy fats and protein. I am looking forward to seeing results. I am not expecting my weight to drop, since I am eating 400kcal/day more than I used to, but I’ll keep an eye on the shapes. @MovementRight It has been awhile! Coming back to off-season means working on as much issues as possible cos my body is on the verge of snapping 😕. Previously, not much could be done because I was nearing the stage. Today, @gary_tsy solved my rotational issues. They became extra prominent when even my daily activities are disrupted, carrying my bag feels super odd. More obviously, let me show my horrible rotation in action. SWIPE RIGHT ➡️ Deads - Hips shift to the Right before bar leaves ground Squats- Super obvious Right shift both of which causes my knee to take a lot of the weight. Top right you have the Sujuk, a spicy chorizo sausage, followed by the spinach and feta borek on the left. At the very bottom is hummus on a Turkish bread, simple but tasty. . But what you see in the gym a lot and when you chat to people is how they make the gym/training their CONSTANT! If life’s a bit bonkers then creating and cementing as many constants as possible is key! Shift the power in your favour! If you miss your sessions then all you do is stick ANOTHER, self inflicted, variable in the mix and then this often leads to destructive behaviours and the cycle gets (or seems) worse. Get you’re plan in your diary, sessions pre planned, get your gym clobber on & mould your constants. [Werbung/unbezahlt] Guten Morgen ihr Lieben 😊 Zum Frühstück habe ich mir heute Waffeln mit Pfirsichen 🍑 und FakeSahne gemacht 😋 Die ganze Portion hatte 397 kcal, 29g Eiweiß, 58g KH und 3g Fett 📊 Rezept: Für den Waffelteig habe ich zuerst ein Eiweiß steif geschlagen und zur Seite gestellt. Dann ein weiteres Eiweiß mit etwas Erythrit, etwas Zimt und 100ml Sojamilch light schaumig gerührt und anschließend 75g Vollkornmehl mit 1 TL Backpulver hinzugegeben. Zum Schluss habe ich nur noch den Eischnee untergehoben und den Teig in einem leicht gefetteten Waffeleisen gebacken. Für die Fake-Sahne habe ich ein Eiweiß steif geschlagen, 100g Magerquark untergehoben und etwas flüssigen Süßstoff und Bourbon-Vanille hinzugegeben. Dazu habe ich 100g zuckerfreien Pfirsich aus dem Glas von Fitini gegessen👌 🇬🇧 waffles with peach and fake cream Recipe: You need 3x egg whites, 75g wholemeal flour, 100ml water, 1x tsp baking powder and erythritol or another sweetener as needed. First you have to beat one egg white until stiff. Then mix the other egg white with the Sweetener, soy milk and the flour with the baking powder. Finally fold in the beaten egg white carefully. Put 3 tbsp of dough in a greased waffle iron and bake it.
