If you saw my story this morning you’d know that anxiety kicked my ass last night. I barely slept, I woke up feeling awful and then Leo was up and down all day. We both struggled, and most of today was spent exactly like this. I stayed under my calories and I drank a tonne of water. I didn’t hit my steps or get to the gym, but I’m not beating myself up about it. I didn’t binge, which is huge. For the first time I can remember I didn’t use food as a way to help deal with my emotions. 🤘🏼

🍕 REZEPT EISWEISSPIZZA 🍕Surround yourself with Pizza, not negativity! 🤩👌🏼 Vor zwei Wochen war ich mit Freunden abends aus, und habe eine Pizza 🍕 Kreation gesehen, die ich zuvor nicht kannte. 🤭 Belag aus Spinat und Lachs – ja Shit, wie geil? 🤩🤯 Also habe ich mir überlegt, wie ich das in eine Makrofreundliche Variante ummünzen kann 🤔 und hier ist meine Eiweißpizza mit Spinat und Lachs. 🤩♥️👌🏼 Der Boden besteht aus Thunfisch, keine Angst, die Eiweißpizza schmeckt deswegen nicht nach Thunfisch. 😅 Zutaten 1 Dose Thunfisch (im eigenen Saft) 200g körniger Frischkäse  100g Tomaten, stückchen 100g Blattspinat (TK) 1 Packung (125g) Stremmel Lachs (natur)  50g Reibekäse Zubereitung 1. Thunfisch und Frischkäse mixen (Rührstabmixer) und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Auf Backpapier legen und zu einer runden, gleichmäßigen Pizzaform mit dem Nudelholz ausrollen. 2. Pizzateig bei 180 Grad Umluft für ca. 40min. backen.  3. Spinat im Topf auftauen. Vom Lachs die Haut entfernen und in Scheiben zerkleinern, am Besten geht das mit den Händen. (Feeling und so 😅) 4. Pizza nach 40min aus dem Ofen holen, mit der Tomatensoße bestreichen, Spinat und Lachs auf die Pizza geben, Käse darüber verteilen.  5. Nochmal für ca. 10min. in den Ofen geben. Fertig! We back fam! 💪🏼 . Second day back into training and feeling more like myself again (and less like a potato 😅). I have also almost caught up with all of my work after many late nights 😴 But now I’m getting sick! 😭 . Something I am absolutely terrible at is “listening to my body”. Instead, I will keep pushing through until I am pretty much on my death bed. People are always telling me I need to rest more but I honestly don’t know how 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I do know that constantly burning myself out is not productive or healthy. So I am going to make an effort to schedule more rest into my day - whether it be a walk, a guided meditation, or a quick power nap! Wish me luck! 😬 . Quite a few people fall of track when it comes to this time of the year.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is really really common. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚫️ - Loads of Christmas parties commence. ⚫️ - People finish work for Christmas. ⚫️ - The cold weather can lead to lower motivation levels for some. ⚫️ - People have holidays. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now.. what can we do to mitigate this? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚫️ - I’d highly suggest not dieting throughout this period (I wouldn’t want to adhere to a calories deficit in the month of December) ⚫️ - Question yourself. Are your goals big enough for you to stay on track? ⚫️ - When attending events stay very very well hydrated. You can recover from shit food but if you have a savage hangover your training will suffer. ⚫️ - Don’t dip into a deficit just because you have over indulged. ⚫️ - Train with friends and be competitive with them when it comes to training. ⚫️ - Utilise this period of lower stress to train really fucking hard in the gym. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you keep falling off track throughout holiday periods you really do need to question the goal. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ll make sure that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY CLIENTS is not dieting throughout this time of year. Almeno sopportiamo questi 2 gradi con più positività 🤩 Da voi com'è il tempo?! ********************** Intanto, metto da parte la commozione 😂 e vi lascio la #ricetta di questi #MUFFIN #senzaburro #senzaolio e se usate la ricotta #senzalattosio è adatto anche agli intolleranti. *********************** Sono morbidissimi e con queste dosi ne vengono 8 grandi, ognuno ha 3 grammi di #grassi e meno di 240 KCAL. ************************ Le UNICHE due cose che vi serviranno sono un CUCCHIAIO e una CIOTOLA, e dopo 20 minuti li avrete anche sfornati!. INGREDIENTI. - 200g farina - 60g fecola -180g zucchero - mezza bustina di lievito - 100ml caffè espresso - 2 uova - 100g ricotta - 75g acqua - 75g latte parzialm.Scremato. (io sulla superficie dei muffin ho aggiunto delle gocce di cioccolato bianco, ma sono facoltative) PROCEDIMENTO In una ciotola mischiare la farina con la fecola, il lievito e lo zucchero. Continuando a mescolare aggiungere nel seguente ordine il caffè, l acqua, il latte, le uova e la ricotta. {Non vi preoccupate se rimangono piccoli grumi}. .Riempite i pirottini poco più della metà e infornate per 20 min a 180 gradi. . Et voilà, facile, veloci, buoni, light... Self-procrastination 🙇🏼‍♂️ Are You A Social Media Addict.....? 📱 --------------------- Social media should by no means be underrated as it is a fantastic tool for: - Connecting new/current friends 👫 . - Promoting businesses 🗣📈 . - Selling Products ⚽️🎧🎸🖥📦 . - Acting As A Teaching Tool 💻👨🏼‍🏫(awesomising me as a coach 🏋🏼‍♂️🔋) --------------------- But it's now at a stage that's gone beyond that, and you got your insta fa(ke)mous individuals that lead you to believe they lead a life of homemade pancakes in bed every morning waking up in the Maldives. 🖕🏽 --------------------- I bet the first thing the majority of people do (me included) go to their phones to see what's been going on in the last 8 hours everyone was fucking asleep 😂 and what will we wake up to find? Someone else posting a worldy of a photo with a million filters, across the other side of the world you don't even know!! --------------------- Now in what way is that beneficial to you personally? It isn't. Traits like this can really procrastinate your day and set you up for a 💩 one --------------------- What I suggest 🤔 If you can, ignoring your social media completely till at least 10:00am to allow your brain and body to set yourself up for the day intended. Not to think about the twat that's paying €20 for poached 🍳 + 🥑 on rye on Bondi 🤣 --------------------- What to do instead 💡 Whatever you're doing, walking to work, commuting on the tube or have the morning off? Not many people would be happy/content totally removing a certain food from their diet. Whether it is keto or a vegan diet, removing a whole food group from your diet will automatically lower your daily calorie intake. - 🕛2. Intermittent Fasting/Fasting. This works by moving when you eat. Pick a time window within a day or even pick certain days of the week (5-2 diet). This generally will also lower you calorie intake. - 🍶3. Meal Replacements. Many people do not agree with these, but research doesn’t lie. - If they are an enjoyable way of weight loss for you, use them. Equally if you don’t, don’t. Replacing 1 meal a day with a protein shake, is a relatively simple way to reduce calorie intake. - 🥗4. Meal Templates. A great way to lose weight, in my opinion. Speaking to a client this morning about my business and they said I have a great business model 🙌 butttt I said to them how it’s not always been this way . . I remember feeling completely lost at 22 (I was self employed but working for gyms) and thought I needed a ‘career’ for a family and mortgage (the irony being im 31 now and have neither still 😂 but I was hell bent on having something solid) . . I came back from a stint selling tickets in Ibiza (because I had no idea what I was doing with my life 🤷‍♀️ ) and my hairdresser said about ZUMBA! She said people were queuing around the block for the classes . . AMAZING!! This is my ticket to wealth!! I’m gonna book onto a course and my whole life will be sorted (this was my thinking). I set up my classes in Latton busy centre studio and I had FIVE PEOPLE TURN UP. . . FIVE. And they were all friends (@suesallaboutyou being one of those people 💗) I remember thinking ‘this may not be what I thought it was gonna be’. However, my friend @aidanhammond set up my website for me and I thought about offering free class cards for people to come and try. And as it was now going into January I knew people would be on a heath kick. . . First class back in January and 40 people walked through the door. I remember sue mouthing at me ‘who are they?!’ And I said ‘I don’t know’ 😂 From those 40 people within a month I was told I had to leave the studio because I was a health and safety Risk 😅 and I needed more space. By February there was 80 people in the class 👯‍♀️ . . The classes continued to grow and grow! From Zumba I taught kettlebells (and had to buy 90+ kettlebells for everyone and strategically place them all in my car to ship them around 😅) and various other classes! Then I started online coaching 💪💫 Initially I only had 40 people sign up for online coaching and again they were mainly based in Harlow (and knew me or had attended classes) . . I now have over 150 clients total who are either on a premium plan with me, 8 week diva, workout only, one off plan or 6 week challenge. . Continued ⤵️⤵️⤵️
