A few Triceps moves for you. First, Rope Pushdowns with my 4-Step process. Do each step to failure: 1. Separate rope with pause, 2. Keep hands together, 3. Elbows forward but isolated to shorten range of motion, 4. Fling that shit down and take the negative slow.
