Ya girl doesn't just lift heavy ass weights all the time ๐๐ป Ran sprints on the Woodway treadmill for 15 minutes (yeah I can't believe I ran either) and completed my 30 minutes with 15 rounds of 30 second intervals of a plyometric circuit.
AKA, sprints + body weight circuits = MORE CALORIES BURNED IN LESS TIME
I have a minimum of one day a week to work on my metabolic conditioning and shock my body with high amounts of volume. You'd be surprised how many of people that train consistently can't hang during this portion of my workout. It's not all about just function, or just strength, or just flexibility... fitness is multidimensional! #athlete #trainingforlife
