ating cleaner...cutting out most sugars , eating low carbs, increased protein , overall better eating . I’ve been going to the gym 5-6 times week (having a personal trainer for the 1st 7 months helped too “thanks Angelo Michael) , Doing a good mix of lifting weights and cardio. My journey is not over , far from over... Now as I get into my second year it’s a time of building more muscle and toning up .
