To achieve this, a training method that forms the cornerstone of our programming is antagonist supersets, which means alternating exercises that target opposing muscle groups, like chest and back, quads and hamstrings, or biceps and triceps.
By pairing two opposing muscles like chest and back together, youâll always be able to do more total work in a given time, as opposed to performing straight sets.
One of the less obvious benefits of antagonist superset training is its effect on creating and maintaining muscular balance at the joint.
By utilising this form of training it allows for blood to transition from one muscle group to the next and back again allowing for increased muscle and increased pump

I honestly don't know where to start because so much happened over the past few days, but I gotta start off by thanking my family and friends for coming through for me in the biggest way possible. I cant thank yall enough because without your help this weekend wouldn't have been possible. I placed 3rd in a class that held 21 guys. This is the reason I came to the NPC. The level of competition is freaking ridiculous. Congratulations to everyone who competed especially those who came away with their pro card. The guys who finished ahead of me looked freaking amazing. That was an awesome top 5. To all of my #TeamLegacy teammates yall are freaking amazing. The support we get from one another is like nothing I've ever seen. We came away with a pro card and 3 top 3 finishes. WTF??? That is craaaaazzzy. All of this is possible because of our amazing coach @ryanhinton this year in our first show together 1 took 1st in my class and 1st overall at the @dexterthebladeproductions our next show I came in 3rd @npcnationals we're just getting started. Coach has me looking better than ever. Finally I have to thank my beautiful wife. I'm not at this level without her. I spend 8 hrs at work and 4hrs in the gym daily. There's not many wives that would deal with that foolishness but she understands how much it means to me. She cant stand cooking my tilapia but if I call and need her to buy something or prep it for me she does it without hesitation. I know I said finally already but I have to thank my amazing coworkers who picked up all of my shifts at work to make sure I could be at the show. They were supposed to be selling phones but they were watching my competitions on livestream ððð that's some damn support. I'm blessed to have a strong foundation around me and I can see why I'm so damn successful. My support team from my friends, my amazing family #pringlenation to my coworkers to my coach and teammates to my amazing wife is the reason for my success. To everyone who left very encouraging words on my post or personal inbox please know that it means the world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I told yall it was going to be long lol.
