Woke up at 4am to catch sunrise at this fire tower. I ended up just missing it by 10 minutes, but the view was still incredible. The wind was blowing so hard and the morning sun was lighting up the fresh snow flying through the air. So worth it in the end.
At the summit of Mt. Pinagbandirahan, more commonly known as Mt. Gulugod Baboy. Once you reach the clearing approaching the peak, you'll be surrounded by a beautiful green landscape, and on top, enjoy the view of nearby islands which makes for a great side trip after the hike.
The thing about life is you can do everything “right” and fail and in return you can do everything “wrong” and succeed. My advise? Do whatever the hell you want, what makes you happy. Because it’s your life, no one else’s, and at the end will you ask yourself what this was all for? Or will you think to yourself Damn! What a great ride. Life is complicated, but it has a very simple ending. Enjoy the journey. #Iceland#VisitIceland#Icelandicadventures#icelandicnature#icelandicbeauty#TravelEverywhere
Yesterday, Andy and I made our way up to New Jack City for the day to take his nephew, Aiden, climbing for the first time.
This climb was a 5.8 (one that Andy said was a little spicy on lead) and the crux of this climb is when it’s pretty vertical for a couple of feet.
When Aiden got to that part, he smeared his foot on this tiny part of rock that so many first time climbers would neverrr (!!!) know how to do on their first day climbing. And he freakin’ CRUSHED it so stoke was seriiiiously at an all time high. Needless to say, it was great — so great that Andy and I were still talking about it after the 2 hour drive home. #torellana#bornwild#newjackcity

I don't know why people do it, but I always find it interesting to see a pair of kicks flung in the air over power lines. (My research tells me there's no one reason and lots of urban legend around it?) Cool shot all the same from Jake (@thebosslocal) for our #potd!

Dirtbag tip #347 - have a campfire every night and make sure to stand in the smoke for an adequate amount of time to mask your stink. This way you can stretch your laundry days to once every 2 months. 👍#themoreyouknow
I was browsing again through my photo library when I saw this shot during the Padul-Ong festival while we were riding a boat. I was capturing the guy in white, when suddenly this guy (with shades) slipped into the foreground. Just saw the reflection on his glasses, and it was the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary transported to the other island. Just cropped the photo to readjust the main focus of the image.
