Jeeeez the Daily Moves were hard for me today 😩 It was my own fault- I always wake up at my bf’s on a Monday, and then drive home and start work. I didn’t get up early enough to do a booty call/yoga and then work was so hectic that I didn’t eat much. So my energy levels were ⬇️⬇️⬇️. Just goes to show how much that morning routine helps your day get off to a good start! Anyway, I did the Daily Moves and a quick Tabata circuit. I’ve signed up to another 2 Pilates Classes and a Barre class this week so that’s a decent addition to my usual workouts ☺️ _________________________________ M1: Oats with banana, berry protein powder, cacao nibs and hemp seed. Buona Domenica! Colazione o merenda? È sempre il momento giusto per una fetta di torta di mele 🍏 senza burro o olio. 🥄Mettere 3 uova e 150 g di zucchero in una ciotola, lavorare con le fruste elettriche fino ad avere un composto chiaro e spumoso. Aggiungere ora 150 g di latte, la buccia di un limone grattugiata e mescolare ancora. 🥄Incorporare 280 g di farina setacciata con una bustina di lievito, poi 3 mele tagliate a cubetti (o a fette, come preferite). 🥄Sbucciare l’altra mela e tagliarla a fette sottili. 🥄Versare l’impasto con le mele in uno stampo con carta da forno e decorare con le fette dell’altra mela. Hoy es el #dianacionaldelanutricion y este año la FESNAD ha decidido promocionar el consumo de legumbres, lo cuál me parece una idea genial ya que la mayoría de la población las consume de manera muy esporádica, o directsmente no consume legumbres. Entre otras propiedades, son ricas en fibra, bajas en grasa, con alto valor proteico, y algunas como los garbanzos o la soja tienen todos los aminoácidos esenciales, por lo que son fuente de proteína completa. Además si eres [email protected], debes comer legumbres a diario! . Por este motivo hoy os traigo un snack, súper sencillo y que está muy bueno! La idea la saqué de @albertorulos , os recomiendo que vayáis a su perfil! . Ingredientes: - Pan de centeno integral. - Garbanzos cocidos. - Tomates cherry. - Lechuga. - AOVE. - Sal, pimienta y un poco de limón. . Para prepararlo simplemente hay que aplastar los garbanzos con las especias y el AOVE, y mezclarlos con el tomate y la lechuga. Sencillo, verdad? Ahora ya no tienes excusa para comer más legumbres😜 . Healthy, mais pas trop! . Lorsqu’on veut manger mieux, il existe plein de produits réputés pour être sains... mais une fois la composition passée à la loupe, le sont-il vraiment? . 1- Les mueslis ▪️Pourquoi healthy? Un mélange de flocons de céréales (avoine, blé, orge etc) riches en fibres, des oléagineux et graines riches en graisses de bonne qualité, des fruits pour les vitamines et micros nutriments... sur le papier ils ont tout bon! ▪️Pourquoi « mais pas trop »? La plupart sont bourrés de sucre, graisse et autres substances douteuses parfois! ‼️Qu’ils soient BIO ou sans gluten ne veut pas dire qu’ils sont plus sains ou moins sucrés! Idem voire pire pour les céréales dites de « régime » pleines de promesses. Même si de nouvelles gammes au visuel plus sain se développent, vérifiez la composition! 🙌Mention spéciale pour la mode des crunchy. Faut dire que c’est super bon hein, mais pour que ça croustille, c’est du sucre et du gras ajoutés, plus si healthy! ⁉️Comment les choisir: Privilégiez les mueslis floconneux (non croustillants), les moins transformés possible. ✔️Sans sucre ajouté et/ou vérifiez que la ligne « dont sucre » soit < 10g/100g ✔️Avec + de 5g de fibres/100g ✔️Avec - de 1g de sel/100g . ▪️La vraie version healthy? Le faire soi même! Différents flocons NATURES + des graines et noix au choix +/- fruits sec au choix. Pour une version granola il existe plein de substituts au sucre et aux graisses et cela permet d’en contrôler la quantité. Bref, là au moins tu sais vraiment ce qu’il y a dedans, c’est tout aussi bon et c’est moins cher! ⁉️Quelle quantité en manger? Tout le monde à des besoins différents mais on compte ~50g à 70g au petit déjeuner pour le muesli floconneux et 30 à 50g pour les granola (plutôt la valeur basse si vous y ajoutez encore des fruits) . ▪️Pas de raison de les supprimer mais on a toujours tendance à surconsommer un produit que l’on pense sain donc pensez à jeter un coup d’œil à l’étiquette et surveillez les quantités ☺️ . #dietinfo #infonutri #dieteticienne #dietetique #nutrition #muesli #crunchymuesli #granola #fitgoals #pertedepoids #maigrir #mangersain #healthycooking #healthylifestyle #sainetbon #nevergiveup #fitfrenchies

Tonight’s dinner was a bit on the fly - usually I’m a bit better prepared but all things considered (a few tantrums from a tired baby muffin + a near bunny escape later) I think this turned out well! Had this HUGE hankering for a dish which had noodles, veg, spice, warmth and most importantly that slurpy satisfying feel you have when eating it... so... here we have a semi-slow cooked (gave me a chance to bath said cranky child) vegetable combo and soba noodle broth 👌🏼 veggies= radish, broccolini, mushroom, red cabbage, carrot, red onion, sweet potato, asparagus, leek and zucchini. Place in a big pot with soba noodles and vegetable stock (plus spices!) and let simmer away until tender. Good health does not come from taking a perscription drug. The foundation of good health starts with air, exercise, water, rest, good diet and sunshine. Once you have these all down packed, you body has the ability to heal itself. - - Fresh air- getting outside in nature and breathing in fresh air allows more oxygen to reach our cells. This is needed to produce more energy, fight feelings of fatigue while allowing us to be able to think more clearly. - - Exercise- helps increase feel good hormones in your body fighting feelings of anxiety and depression, reduces stress, allows oxygen to be produced in your cells resulting in more energy, strengthens bones and muscles, while helping manage a healthy weight. - - Water- is essential for human survival. The body is made up of a large percentage of water in which is responsible for keeping our tissues, cells and organs hydrated. Aim for a minimum of 2 litres of clean pure filtered water per day. If you drink coffee or consume caffeine you will need to drink more. - - Good diet- a diet full of fresh wholefoods nourishes our body, mind and soul, affecting the way we both look and feel. Food is very powerful, eating right gives our body the opportunity to thrive to its full potential. Choose foods in their most natural state and aim for a rainbow in every meal. - - Rest- In a fast paced world, most of us live on a continuous race against the clock. Allowing your body to slow down, destress and take time out to rest is important for your overall wellbeing. When asleep, your body does the most repairing and rejuvenating. Sleep allows the repair of tissues and cells, building a strong immune system. When your body is telling you slow down, listen to it, go to bed early, take a long hot bath and allow yourself to recharge. - - Sunshine- Vitamin D is an essential nutrient best obtained from the sun. Adequate vitamin D is important in disease prevention, for the absorption of calcium, immune support, optimal brain function, autoimmune disease. Aim for 15-20mins of sun a day.
