Those are real things I used to say to myself. And surprise, surprise: I would get frustrated and quit on myself. Because I wanted results. And I wanted results now!
But guess what. There is no quick fix! There is no magic pill.
It's taken over 1.5 years of hard work to get where to where I am. And even though I post a lot about the workouts I do, when I say "where I am", I mean mentally. ๐I mean being able to accept and love myself the way I am. ๐ I mean understanding that I'm not perfect and that that's okay. ๐ I mean knowing that some days will be easier than others and some days will really challenge me and make me want to quit but that I'm strong enough not to.
Getting here took so much work, but it was definitely worth it. ๐๐ Are you ready to stop quitting on yourself?
