Our next graduation dinner will feature five of our students — from Russia, Congo-Brazzaville, Guinea, Tibet, and Burma — cooking beside Guest Chef Lien Lin, who is the Executive Chef at @bricolagebk ! Lin’s family was among the wave of “boat people” who fled Vietnam, and Lin was born in a refugee camp in Hong Kong. Food was a major part of Lin’s upbringing in both Hong Kong and the United States, where she was eventually resettled. After working in her family restaurant, she graduated from The California Culinary Academy and has slowly risen the ranks of the culinary world. .
