#Frühstück für #Diabetiker, tja, ich muss erfinderisch bleiben. Da Kohlenhydrate morgens wirklich gar nicht gehen, koche ich momentan immer #Fleischsuppe für mehrere Tage vor. Zuletzt wurde es eine weiße #Hühnersuppe mit #Champignons, #Lauch und #Schwarzwurzel. Eigentlich würde ich das lieber mögen mit Karotten drin und angedickt mit Speisestärke oder so, aber selbst das würde den #Blutzucker in die Höhe treiben, also bleibt es fleischlastig und dünnflüssig. THIS is a GREAT recipes for some party nibbles:) Try it out :) INGREDIENTS (3/4 serves) 2 cups chickpea flour 1 tsp tumeric 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp mustard seeds ginger grated 1 onion or leek coriander mixed veggies (I used frozen mix vegetables: corn, carrots, peas, broccoli) you also can use chickpeas, broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum, kale,.. INSTRUCTION: 1. cut onion finely and prepare all veggies in a bowl: defrost frozen veggies, dice in small pieces 2. mix the chickpeas flour with spices and add approximately 1-2 cups of water to get a nice batter which isn’t too liquidly 3. Grate ginger into the batter and add veggies & some coriander. Combine well. 4. Heat pan and fry little paddies (3-4 tbsp of batter)

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup activated rolled oats, 1,5 cup soy milk, 1 pear, banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, sweetener of your choice (I mashed 1/2 banana), chia seeds, 1tsp LSA, gojii berries INSTRUCTION: Soak the oats 12+ hours in water with a dash of apple cider vinegar over night. Drain oats in the morning, cook 3 minutes with soy milk, cut pear, when oats are cooked, ad sweetener (or date paste), gojii berries, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt, add water if needed and serve in a bowl. Top it with chia seed, date paste, LSA, pear, banana and cinnamon.

It’s a DATE! Did you know that dates are said to help with childbirth? According to a study, women who ate 6 dates a day for the four weeks leading up to their due date were significantly more dilated and more likely to- have intact membranes upon admission to the hospital, Go into labor spontaneously, Avoid pitocin and have a shorter first phase of labor 🤷🏻‍♀️ Who knew? Luckily for me I already consume a ton of dates as I often use them to replace refined sugar. One of my favorite treats are energy balls ❤️They are a delicious snack/dessert/pick me up and are extremely easy to make . . Adapted from @minimalistbaker: in a food processor blend 1 cup of pitted dates- once combined add 3 Tbsp of @artisanaorganics almond butter (you can sub peanut butter) 1/4 cup @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips, 1/2 Tbsp @mammachia chia seeds, 1/2 Tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds and 1/2 tsp organic ground flax (I got mine from @aldiusa), and 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats (mine are from @meijerstores). Once combined roll into small balls and let set in fridge for 15 minutes. It’s the last SMOOTHIE FRIDAY, and this week we’re talking about the luteal phase and the ever-so-common accompanying PMS. The luteal phase occurs after ovulation and lasts until you begin to bleed (if conception and implantation has not occured). Progesterone is the dominant hormone in this phase and due to common progesterone/estrogen imbalances, many women experience symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, bloating, cramps, breast tenderness, nausea, and overly irritating spouses, co-workers, and/or children (aka PMS). Eating foods high in magnesium, such as AVOCADO, will help promote optimal progesterone production. Fruits like WATERMELON, STRAWBERRIES and WATERCRESS contain a high percentage of water to reduce bloating. MANGO balances hormones with its high levels of vitamin B6 (good for progesterone production) and iron. GINGER can help tame nausea, and bonus -- it’s anti-inflammatory, which can ease your cramps and breast pain! First of all, aku mau berterimakasih banget sm @dapur_fenny yang ngirimin aku superfood ini karena aku memang lagi sangat sangat butuh. Rasanya bener2 rasa asli dari kacang2an dan buah2an kering tanpa pemanis tmbhan. Gurihhh dan seger banget deh rasanya. Buat kamu yg ga suka granola khusunya rolled-oats tapi suka kacang-kacangan dan buah-buahannya, wajib pesen ini, dijamin sehari langsung abis! Aku suka banget deh bener-bener ❤️❤️ . Di dalem satu kotak ini, ada dried cranberry, dries raisin, chasew nuts, almond nuts dan pumpkin seeds. Tapi yg paling banyakk adalah dried cranberry, which is ini yg sangat aku butuhkan utk ISK aku yg ga sembuh-sembuh dan sering bikin aku keram dibagian bawah perut. To be honest aku bukan orng yg pro dengan dried fruit karena suka ditmbh gula dan dikeringinnya ga sesuai dgn sharusnya jadi semua kandungan gizinya hilang. Cuma dried cranberry dari @dapur_fenny ini aku sukaaaa bangettt! Bener2 asliii bangett, ga ada tmbhan gula dan dikeringinnya ga smpe kering banget. Buanyakkk banget juga isinya dan enakkk banget rasanya. Aku tanya ke dokter dan beliau bilang dried cranberry sprt ini bisa membantu menghilangkan ISK juga. Seneng bangett aku ❤️❤️❤️ Rasa kacang-kacangnya juga masi asliii banget, gurih karena rasa asli kacang itu sendiri. Drtd aku cemilin smpe aku kenyang deh, beneran aku sukaa bangett!
