We had both been waiting for the 7 train at Grand Central. As we waited, the women would hug, hold tight and not let go of her man for any reason. You could tell the difference in their personalities right away. He was very calm and less expressive as she was, but he was also clearly very protective of her. As I said she was very expressive, energetic and really loved kissing him. Definitely a ball of energy as my friend tends to say. I really loved the way he was with her though, gentle and loving with a touch of masculinity. It was so sweet. He really paid attention to whatever she was showing him or what she was talking about. I truly hope she appreciated and realized how an amazing guy she has. She ended getting off at my stop with me and he ended up staying. They had a big goodbye kiss and said something along the lines of; see you soon. I donโt know why but that moment gave me deja vu of my own past relationships and even friendships, from back from high school. I would take the Q27 to the 7 train every afternoon with my friends to the Roosevelt Ave stop then, I would get off and they would keep going. Those were some awesome times. It also made me realize how many good and bad memories I have on the Subway. The Subway will always have a special place in my heart. Itโs been a huge part of my daily life that I will always cherish. I am a very proud New Yorker and I couldnโt have imagined myself being born & raised anywhere else.
