Just made the most BOMB PROTEIN ICE CREAM πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. This is by far the most simple recipe ever! You just need the following! - @ansperformance N-Pro Milk Chocolate flavour protein - Ice - Unsweetened almond milk It’s all about measuring it right to get the perfect texture of the ice cream. Add 1 cup of crushed ice into a nutri bullet. then add 1/4 cup of the unsweetened almond milk. Next up is to add 1 scoop of N-Pro milk chocolate protein and then add 1/8 more cup of the unsweetened almond milk. Blend it... and enjoy!!!πŸ˜‹ . . Current condition: Around 187 Lbs. Macros are currently at roughly 220G Protein, 180-250G Carbohydrates, 70~ G Fat. Totalling to about 2400-2700 kcal per day. Weight training 7 x a week with a rest day falling usually every 10th or so day. Cardio is currently at 5 x a week. Teaching ladies bhangra fitness 2 x a week (4-600kcals), bhangra practice 2 x a week (3–500kcals), and 1 day of steady state cardio (5-900kcals). Current diet looks a bit like this: Meal 1- 4 eggs, 1 cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of almond butter. Sometimes I’ll do a scoop of protein mixed with oats and almond butter. Meal 2- 7 Oz tilapia with 1 cup of brown or white rice and 1 cup of broccoli Meal 3 - repeat Meal 4 - repeat Meal 5 - Usually post workout = 2 scoops whey isolate + High Vitamin C fruit (reduce inflammation) and 2 tablespoons almond butter Meal 6 - 7 oz of chicken, fish, or red meat with a whole lot of rice chips. Throughout the day I munch on almond butter :) . . Trying out intermittent fasting to burn some fat for the first time. I’m going to try it out for about 6 days and I’ll let everyone know how it goes 😁. I’m going to be doing a 16-18 hour fast with a 6-8 hour gap to get in my calories. My calories will be somewhere between 2000-2200 each day and I’m sitting at around 185.7 lbs. I have been getting asked often how much protein a person should be consuming a day to get the body they desire. There is a lot more to getting the body you desire aside from your protein intake BUT it does play a huge role! So if you don’t know how much protein you should be consuming in a day it’s quite simple, for any body builder or athlete or anyone who just wants to put on some muscle mass I would recommended anywhere from 1.2-2.2 grams of protein per day. So if I was 100 pounds I would want to consume 120-220 grams of protein per day! Hope this helps πŸ€ŸβœŒοΈπŸ‘Œ . .
