Ceviche is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of Latin America and the Caribbean. Though the origin of ceviche is hotly debated, the dish is most closely associated with Peru. It is typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ajรญ or chili peppers.
Additional seasonings, such as chopped onions, salt, and cilantro, may also be added. Ceviche is usually accompanied by side dishes that complement its flavors, such as sweet potato, lettuce, corn, avocado or plantain.

On Tuesday 20th we will offer a Steak Night with a difference, including a โLiveโ station (Kraveโs Steak Night is a la carte). Wednesday 21st โ Itโs a Peruvian Seafood Buffet (This buffet is $300 per person including Vat and Service Charge). Thursday 22nd, Friday, 23rd and Saturday 24th โ Guests can enjoy a 3 course Prix Fixe meal curated by Chef Aristoteles (This meal is $333 per person, including Vat and Service Charge. This price does not include drinks). Sunday 25th โ Around the World with Krave our Legendary all you can eat brunch is a Peruvian Food Fiesta!
