My instagram feed just shows my love for mozzarella ๐๐คฃ Tonight's dinner was spaghetti bolognaise which was perfect after a walk in the rain, so stodgy and warming! It was packed with speed foods; carrots, onions, garlic, mushrooms, passatta, tinned tomatoes and purรฉe โค๏ธ๐ Free food; 5%mince and spaghetti.

Had 40g of shreddies(HexB) and some of my 250mls semi skimmed milk(1st HexA) for breakfast , now for lunch having homemade SW tomato soup and 30g of cheese (2nd HexA) speedy fruit and orange squash. Even my 3 year old is Loving the soup!!! #speedfoodsw#slimmingworldjourney#lowsynday
