Tonight was my first weigh in after two weeks on holiday, I got my sticker on the previous post because I food optimised my way round the Gran Canaria and have lost 3 pounds! I planned for this holiday, there was no way I was gaining weight because of a holiday. I took my own treats, I chose my food wisely and had a few well chosen treats for which I counted my syns and did lots of body magic. I have had a fantastic holiday and I haven't felt deprived at all. I hadn't come off plan to get back on it on my return, I just carried on doing what I had been doing whilst on holiday.. You can go on holidays, have birthdays, celebrations and occasions out but if you plan your food you can still succeed without gaining weight.
