Quick glance at the amazing "fitness center" at our hotel as we travel south for the holiday. As you can see, not a ton to work with, but there are #dumbells and plenty of floor space! Here is what I got in.
Floor warm-up (shin boxes, dead bugs, side plank, glute bridges, shoulder CARs and side lying windmills)
Super set 1-
Pushups 10 reps
Dumbbell shrugs 10 reps
Single leg glute bridge 8/leg
Dumbbell row 10 reps
Bird dog on bench (6/side)
Single leg RDL 8/leg
Side plank w/db in top arm 20sec/side
Renegade row 6/side
Finished with 10 min on the elliptical.
Nothing special. Hit a quality warmup and all of my prime #movementpatterns and felt good leaving. Now time for some powdered eggs and toast at the "free" breakfast.
