Hey guys! 👋🏻 So, I am no my second week back at the gym from a one year bre
ak after I've had an iflammation in my lower back forcing me into bedrest for weeks at a time. 😭 (Feel the restlessness!!) I have been on medication and the days I've been able to stand and walk I've had to take it so so so easy because of the extreme pain!! 😖 The past year I've had 3 periods of a 4 week sick leave because of my back. So it's save to say I have to take it slow, but I do love being back!! 😍 I see progress in my strength every session and I am having a great time!! I am so much more motivated to do everyday stuff (even chores around the house 😂). My work feels easier since I have a such physical job (I am a construction cleaner😬) I am so happy to be back and feeling the progress 😍
