Does anybody else dread leg day but love booty gains? 🌚
Today’s workout: 25 minutes on the stair stepper- 84 floors, 1300 steps approx. I started off slow at level 3 and was getting into a squat and putting every other leg out. I did 3 sets x15 with about a minute rest in between. After, I went to level 8 and just did my best to keep up. Starting off is never easy, and today was my first try at the stair master!
Then I did this circuit twice:
Calves next, with 20 lb bar, 15 reps x5 sets.
24 knee ups with 20 lbs weight
15 sumo jumping squats
Weight in hand, (15lb) lean over with opposite leg out x 10 for 3 sets.
Finally I finished with the hip induction at 40lbs weight, 15 reps x 5 sets and this awesome machine at 40lbs weight, 15 reps x3 sets
