Sonji vs. The 7 Deadly Sins
Finally food logging again. Next is reincorporating meal planning again. It's crazy how much these two things can help to get you/ keep you on track. And it's also crazy how easy it is to break a good habit - but not a bad one.
New goals and new motivation. Mostly I bought a cute dress to wear to a social event (prom๐ฌ) with my local camp gladiators. The dress fits well but I know it could fit better. Plus, enough is enough. I haven't lost any weight in the last month. I know it's the "off-plan" diet I'd temporarily adopted. Which means I wasn't totally focusing on protein intake. And when they weighed me in last week, I had lost some muscle mass. ๐ณ no bueno! I'm also noticing I need to cut back on the processed protein options. But they're so easy! So far I've done good with logging and staying on plan.
1. Sausage and cabbage stir fry with butter and garam masala spice.
2. Ham and cheese lettuce wrap with mayo, hummus, red pepper and pickle slice.
3.eggs two ways. Leftover spinach, peppers and ham omelet with a fried egg on top. And honeydew melon balls.
4. Meatballs with A1 sauce and broccoli ( I just realized forgot to log the sauce)
5. Spaghetti squash bake. This is the Bariatric Counseling Center meal from tonight. It was delicious! Definitely gonna start making this at home for sure!
