T O D A Y ... was kind of amazing. Often we put our belief in โthingsโ or โpeopleโ. We believe we can overcome something. We believe what this person said about that person. We believe in a product on the market. And thatโs.. fine, to each their own. And guilty as charged. But sometimes itโs taking a step back. Out of our own shell. Looking at where we are and how we got here and remembering.. โWhere has my focus been? Where is my faith? Beliefs?โ I believe in God. I believe in Angels. And I believe we all have our own view on faith. Today was just a reminder that God and Robert are here. This morning I posted โSEAS THE DAY ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌโ. Originally I had another emoji. But then I just thought about dolphins and so I erased and put these little guys. And then today we were SURROUNDED by them during our bootcamp. It might sound silly. But I honestly think it was a God Send. It was for both my client and myself. The dolphins became a distraction, a good one. A โreset your focus buttonโ. Drawing ourself to the present. I had told @woahitsashh to bring a journal. And it the end of our session. I asked her a couple of questions, and she wrote. No talking. No rushing to the next โTo-Doโ. Silence with her thoughts, but physically writing them to the Universe? Herself? God? Whoever?
