I was going to sleep in this morning but the critters woke me up before 6:00! Then I drug my feet getting started on my workout and it sucked but I did it!! . . I had to work off the pizza I ate last night! I am super excited to start this new program and get back on a meal plan! It’s kind of been a free for all lately! . . What do you say? Can you even believe it... only 9 days until Christmas?!? Are you done with your shopping yet? . This mama has some serious things to get done before Christmas arrives but I’m making sure to take time for myself before the day gets started. My girl and I are off to see Santa today and spend the day out! ❤️☺️ . If you’ve been following me I told you I was taking on some new perspectives. I’m guilty of tending to look at the overall goal instead of looking to the mini successes along the way towards it. So mini goals is what I’m focusing on. So this week I accomplished my “mini” goal and treated myself to getting my nails done 💅🏻. And it feels so good! I’ve been putting my “self care” on the back burner as I’ve been placing my focus I other areas. But no more! I am going to take care of me (and the little things that go along with it along the way) as well as my family, etc... and that’s going down as one of my New Year’s intentions! . This is such an exceptional time of year for reflection and knowing what you do and don’t want in the upcoming year. Let me talk about last night for a HOT SEC! 🔥⏱ • Went out, drank maybe one too many beers (it was a longggg freaking week as Ms Hebert) 🙃 and then woke up this morning not feeling so hawtttt. Old me would have been TICKED OFF at myself all day for having that weird headache/uncomfortable stomach/I NEED WATER feeling 😩 when I woke up. And I would have regretted having fun the night before. But THAT AIN’T FAIR TO ME! I’m allowed to have fun and I’m allowed to feel a little off once in a while #DUHHHH • So the new me? Is waking up grateful 💕 for the fun night i had last night💃🏻, taking some Advil extra strength💊, getting my workout in💦, then forgiving myself✌🏻 AND be kind to myself💋 Hey, you should do the same thing🙌🏻✨💁🏻‍♀️

Well, good morning there, @shaunt! Thanks for waiting for me. My ass was/is a little slow this morning. My bed was SO comfortable (mmm, flannel sheets; it's c-c-c-cold here in Northern Ontario!) and then the littles got up as soon as they heard my door open. They've been given strict instructions to stay upstairs and NOT FIGHT (bickering is their jam). Ha! Preworkout is kicking in; my ears are starting to prickle and my nose is getting itchy. #Repost @cartergood (@get_repost) ・・・ 📍HOW TO EAT OUT & NOT BLOW YOUR DIET 📍 — One of the “rules” I have with myself and clients is that nutrition should never-EVER take away from living life and spending time with others. - You see, a lot of the time, folks get so obsessed with their weight loss goals that they end up isolating themselves or avoiding social events. - And sure, that gives them more control, but it’s no way to live life... - Trust me. I’ve been there. I would purposefully bail on friends because I wouldn't have total control over my food. Yeah. was able to stick to my diet. Whoop-de-doo. For me, that need-for-control thinking is what eventually led me down a path of depression and loneliness later in life AFTER losing weight. - Here’s the good news ✅: you can absolutely enjoy going out to eat while sticking to your diet goals. It just takes a bit of strategic thinking and planning - This graphic illustrates what I call the “Work Backward” Method. It's the perfect strategy for enjoying your restaurant/party meals WITHOUT blowing your diet in the process. - First, you'll wanna look up the menu for the restaurant in question and find a meal that sounds good. It doesn’t have to be the “healthiest” item on the menu, but you don’t have to eat like an asshole either... - Get what you want - just be reasonable 😉 - Next, you’ll wanna find the nutrition info for your meal. If they provide it, you're good to go. If not, find a similar meal from a popular restaurant that does have nutrition info. - Now comes the most important part... - Knowing how many calories your meal will be, adjust your OTHER meals to fit your daily calorie/macro goals. That way, at the end of the day, you’re still on target 🎯👌 - Finally, realize that you won’t be perfect, and that’s 100% okay! It's impossible to be perfect, and trying to do so will just stress you out. Focus on consistently doing your best, and I promise you’ll have a MUCH more enjoyable (and ultimately success) weight loss journey.

This morning has NOT been off to a good start. I slept horribly last night, maybe 4.5 hours, before my shift today, so waking up to workout was a struggle (even though I could barely sleep!) but I CRUSHED my workout, because I wanted one thing to go right. And then as soon as I went to shower, there was NO hot water! It felt like ice raining on me. But I’m trying to channel all of the positivity, because I know being negative will only make work worse. Have a great Saturday!!

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, weight in your heels, and your arms at your sides. 2. Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body into a squat. 3. Da er det fordelaktig og velge øvelser som får opp pulsen. Gjør følgende: -20 sekunder med dynamisk planke(øvelsen i filmen over) -10 sekunder pause -20 sekunder med øvelsen demonstrert i luke 8 -10 sekunder pause Gjenta begge øvelsene 4 ganger, det tar under 4 minutter, så kan du fortsette og pynte til jul med god samvittighet🙌🏼💪🏻🎅🏼🤶🏻
