So far my favorite keto meal from @fitfoodmanila for this week โ Chinese style beef and broccoli! Look at that generous serving, and I love me some crunchy greens. For a major dessert lover and carb addict (chips and bread and pasta, anyone?) going low carb again was of course a little trying (itโll test your self control) but food delivery made it so convenient to choose healthy. I have no excuse because I have all my meals prepared already!
Iโm looking forward to next weekโs meals. Tomorrow, Iโll live a little and nibble (uy, small portions! Naaaks hahaha) on some of the gorgeous chocolates I received this week. ๐
