Meat was an experiment... I picked up a block of pork...ãã¼ã¹ For you japanese speakers out there. Marinate for 45min in an olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, carrot, lemon grass marinade, then wrap in tin foil and chuck it in the oven at 150C for an hour. Turned out amazing!
