Since Day 1 we have been such proud partners, supporters, and friends with Steve & Chris Sossaman, owners of nearby AZ farm, @sossamanfarms. We have together explored and incorporated almost every grain, wheat, & seed they have grown & harvested to be shared with us. It has been truly amazing not only to progress alongside each other with our sustainability business collaborations, but to watch each of us blossom into something so much larger to ultimately give back to the Arizona community. ▪ ▪ ▪

🍴@haydenflourmills - Specially milling us heritage & ancient grains in their Austrian stonemill to later be incorporated into our scratch kitchen recipes.
🌾@grainrandd - Contributing approx. 75% to our tap list with AZ indigenous grains including Sonora white wheat, corn, and other unique strains that overall add depth & flavor to our crafts.
🍵@tearoyalty - Our recently tapped Witbier, Wabayuma Wit, was brewed with Chris Sossaman's locally sourced, hand-selected, finest Berry Chamomile tea, providing the perfect tasting notes of raspberry, blueberry, & orange.
