In today's #SuperfoodProfile, we're highlighting almonds, an ingredient included in our Chia Bars because of the nutrient punch they pack. πŸ‘Š Almonds can be consumed raw or roasted and just a small handful contains an impressive amount of protein, fiber and healthy fats. The antioxidants in almonds can combat oxidative stress which contributes to aging and disease.
