Happy Hump Day!🐪 We’re on to Day 3 of our Challenge and I’m so proud of my ladies who are smashing their workouts and nutrition - especially love that we are all enjoying the meal plan and our daily dose of superfoods! 👌🏾If you struggle with fitness and nutrition and just don’t find any of it fun, or if you need support and accountability then I’d strongly encourage you to join a challenge group. Eat ALL the food!! Day 2 of our Challenge is coming to an end and this is all the food I’ve had to eat today...it was A LOT! All on our meal plan and all healthy, but delicious! A lot of the ladies in my group have talked about how they’re struggling to eat all the food for the day...what a fabulous ‘problem’ to have! 😁 Being healthy doesn’t mean starving yourself - the complete opposite: it means FUELLING your body with the dense nutrition it needs to run properly💪🏾👌🏾

Literally read this little gem in 3 days during my commute to and from work. There are a lot of personal development, self-help and business books out there but very few will teach you about the art of being more giving, adding more value to other people and putting others BEFORE yourself as the fundamentals to being more successful. The Go-Giver does exactly that. It doesn’t just apply to business but to yourself as an individual, as a human being. This book has totally 360’ed how I view kindness and generosity. If you haven’t read it, I’d defo encourage you to.
