Shoulders👉🏼 Dumbbell superset: front raises, shoulder press, lateral raise 15-20 reps and 3 sets. Cables: kneeling face pulls 10-12 reps and 3 sets.
Bis👉🏼 Dumbbell superset: curls (both arms), curls to the side/ concentration curl (single arm), hammer curls (single arm) 20 reps and 3 sets.
